I was at a point in my life where I felt trapped by my mental health issues and there was nothing I could do to change it. I met David on a fitness app and right away he started encouraging me to walk 20,000 steps a day and eat whole foods. After a few weeks I could see this was working and I didn’t want this attempt to be like every other short-lived health kick I had done before.
I was petrified of speaking on the phone, and had little understanding of Skype, but I knew that I needed help so I contacted David. After that call I felt relieved and reassured that I was no longer alone in my struggle.
It’s now 11 weeks into my training and I have lost 3 1/2 stone (49lb) and 9 inches from my waist. Before I started training I was afraid to leave the house, but now I walk 9 miles a day.
I still have my mental health issues, but now I have a new lifestyle. David has become my solid ground. No matter what mood he finds me in, he pushes me for my very best. Even on the days I don’t train, David still encourages me to walk and eat healthy.
There is not a single part of my life that David has not touched. I am so grateful that when I asked him if he would take me on as a client his reply was yes.
