HIIT HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING
This is our intense fat burner class and a group favorite. We will have you reaching peak heart rates for 30-60 second intervals followed by a short cool down. Studies show HIIT is better at fat burning and just as good for your heart and muscles than any long endurance aerobic cardio. There is a reason
you see HIIT everywhere and it’s because it works!

Take this class to get the shaped and toned glutes you will feel great about. We will take you through all of our favorite lower body building and pumping exercises. This class is for all fitness levels.

UPPER BODY SCULPT
Upper Body Sculpt is a unique style of circuit resistance weight training designed to get you building muscle and burning fat. VFT YOGA
Integrating movement and breath, this class is aimed at the seasoned beginners and regular practitioners.
Introducing twists, some backbends, approachable inversions, be prepared to explore both beginning and intermediate poses. Modifications are given allowing clients to choose a more beginning or more advanced practice according to needs.
