
1 GETTING STARTED
All you need to get started is an internet connection, a yoga mat, an exercise ball, and a set of dumbbells. Our online Fitness Membership program is designed to burn body fat and maximize muscle gain to get you in the best shape of your life - all while in the convenience of your own home and at a time that is best for you.


2 WORKOUTS
When you sign up you will receive four video workouts per week in your Member Dashboard, where our certified Personal Trainers guide you through progressive circuit-style training sets, as if they were in your own home.
You will have access to our complete Exercise Database where each exercise is explained and demonstrated with proper form, and also our High Intensity Cardio Intervals you can choose from to add to your workouts.


3 NUTRItion
Proper nutrition is not a diet, it is a lifestyle. We do not use the word "diet" as the word itself is temporary and restrictive.
When you sign up with VFT you will receive a weekly meal plan with 5 meals a day, packed with nutrients to fuel the body and increase your metabolism.
You will also have access to our extensive Recipe Library where you can design your own whole foods meal plan based on your own personal preference.


4 COMMUNITY
The VFT Forum is a great way to keep each other motivated. Many of our members benefit from the accountability and support of others. In our Members-only Forum, you will join a community of people from all over the world, sharing fitness tips, recipes, and results.
