VirtualFitnessTrainer.net Terms And Conditions of Agreement
By accepting VirtualFitnessTrainer.net (herein referred to as VFT) Terms of Agreement, you are agreeing to the following:
- I understand and agree that no refunds are given for Fitness Membership purchases, Virtual Personal Training purchases or Group Class purchases made through VFT; there are no refunds given on any supplements and all sales are final; Clothing and VFT gear, including but not limited to water bottles and training gloves, may be returned for a full refund within 14 days if in original condition and unused.
- I understand it is my responsibility to schedule sessions with my trainer or VFT. I understand sessions and classes are scheduled based on Pacific Time zone (PT).
- I understand all Virtual Personal Training packages and Group Class packages expire within 6 months of original purchase date and that any unused sessions and classes do not carry over.
- Cancellation. I understand I have 24 hours to cancel a scheduled training session with my trainer without penalty. Should I be unable to cancel within that amount of time, I understand I will be charged for the session. VFT allows for one emergency cancellation per package purchase. I am also aware that on the rare occasion an emergency comes up for my trainer, another trainer may substitute.
