Oatmeal with Protein and Nuts

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 banana
  • Optional - 1/4 cup nuts, 1/4 cup frozen berries

    Method
    1. Bring water to a boil, add oats and banana
    2. Reduce heat, cook 5-10 minutes, stir occasionally
    3. Remove from heat
    4. Add protein powder, nuts and frozen berries
